A few tips to get started:
1. Start implementing meditations into your bedtime routine. This time works best to start because children are naturally beginning to wind down.
2. Commit to 21 days to build the meditation practice. The biggest mistake we see parents make is giving up after 1 or 2 meditations.
3. In the beginning, your child may be fidgety during the sessions. This is completely normal and to be expected. Once they become comfortable with the sessions they will relax more.
